Prices in RMB (¥). Setup is one-time and includes your device, delivery, and full configuration. The monthly fee is the managed service (monitoring, upkeep, and support), billed monthly, quarterly (save 5%), or yearly (2 months free). After the trial, return in good condition within 14 days of cancelling for a setup refund less an ¥800 install/restocking fee, or keep the router. Referral rewards apply once the referred friend completes their first paid month. Clearport works on your existing home broadband; mobile-data backup is available on request (we check the mobile signal at your place first) and runs on your own registered data SIM, which stays in your name with your carrier (Hong Kong SIM recommended; mainland SIM also fine).
